Our Oklahoma City program supports responsible adopters who move a dog with a documented euthanasia deadline within seven days into lasting safety. Verified placements may receive staged financial support and, after 90 days, a complimentary tattoo valued at $300–$500.
How qualification works
Rescue is the beginning—not the finish line.
Every stage is documented. The program is designed to help the animal while protecting community pledges from false claims, impulsive adoption, or abandonment.
Complete a safe adoption
The adopter submits lawful adoption or rescue-placement documents, identification, a current photograph, and permission for us to verify the placement.
Document 30 days of care
After the dog has remained safely placed for at least 30 days, the adopter submits current proof of care and eligible receipts for the second stage of support.
Celebrate at 90 days
After 90 days of verified, responsible care, an approved adopter may redeem the complimentary tattoo awarded by the shop.
Community pledge + shop match
Every eligible dollar can become two.
For every eligible $1 pledged by the community, Tattoos & Piercings Near Me will contribute another $1 while the monthly shop matching fund remains available.

Verified placement support
After adoption and eligibility are verified, up to half of the approved support may be applied to documented animal-care costs. Whenever practical, payment goes directly to the shelter, veterinarian, or approved provider—not as unrestricted cash.
Receipt-based support
The remaining approved support may be released after proof that the dog remains safely placed and eligible adoption, veterinary, food, equipment, or other approved animal-care receipts are submitted.
Tattoo recognition
The complimentary tattoo becomes redeemable only after 90 days of verified care. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and remains subject to artist, design, scheduling, and program approval.
Protection for animals and supporters
No payment or tattoo is automatic. The shop may contact shelters, rescues, veterinarians, and listed providers; request dated photographs or videos; and deny or cancel participation when information cannot be verified. Unreleased funds are never owed after disqualification.
